WHAT YA'LL SHOULD KNOW

  • How is my Rayjus Jersey going to fit?
    The quick answer, probably a bit big. For most of our sizes the jerseys are a bit larger than your standard size.
  • Will my Rayjus Tournament Jersey fade, shrink, or crack?
    Our jerseys will not fade, shrink, and the graphics will not crack. 
  •  What are the Rayjus jerseys made out of?
    100% Poly-moisture wick.
  • What is Vector artwork?
    Vector artwork is not a JPG or any form of a jpg. Vector artwork is artwork that is created to be scalable from the size of a pea or smaller to the size of a house or bigger without losing image quality. Vector artwork is also essential so we can control the color output.
  •  Can I use a jpg logo on my shirt?
    We do not like to use JPGs, but in some cases it is necessary. If you can provide a jpg that is large enough to be shrunk down to the size you need, then a jpg can be placed on the jersey. However, we cannot control or guarantee how the colors are going to come out after the jersey is made.
  •  How soon will you receive your Rayjus Tournament Jersey?
    Normal turnaround time is 4-5 weeks from artwork approval. Due to the holiday season and increased volume our production time will temporarly increase to 6-8 weeks from artwork approval.
  •  My next tournament is in 2 weeks. Can I get my order expedited?
    Rayjus does not offer Rush services for our standard jerseys. However, we have developed our NEW Weekender Series for any time sensitive orders. Please check out the menu item Weekender Series.
  •  What is the biggest size I can get my jersey in and how much more will it cost me?
    We can make a shirt up to a 5XLT at no extra cost. If you need one bigger than that we can accommodate you, however there will be a charge to design a pattern large enough to fit you.
  • Can I add logos to my Rayjus Jersey after it has been approved and made?
    No. Sorry, once the order has been approved it is sent to manufacturing and cannot be changed or added to. Once you receive the shirt you cannot have logos added to it unless you want to sew them on.

 

Rayjus Proofing and Revision Policy:

When the initial jersey is completed, a Rayjus designer  will email you a proof. This proof needs to be closely evaluated for correct logos, logo placement, and spelling. If there is any errors, please reply to the designer with the changes necessary to correct the garment. If something on the proof is too small to see, please reply to the designer stating so, that way a larger proof can be sent for further inspection. This revision process is to not only allow you to see your garment prior to produciton, but also to double check  for  artwork and spelling errors. Once a proof has been approved for production, Rayjus is not responsible for any artwork or spelling errors that may have occured on the finished garment. If a garment is received by customer with an error on it, Rayjus reserves the right to ask for the garment back for further inspection and possible reconciliation.
 

 

  

Rayjus Outdoors Return and Exchange Policy:

 If  a cancellation is needed, once artwork is approved Rayjus will only refund up to 50% of the total cost of the order. If a customer requests a refund due to manufacturer error, (ie: colors wrong, logos missing, or any obvious defect)  Rayjus reserves the right to have the garment returned, If it is deemed unusable, Rayjus may refund the amount or make a new garment.

Rayjus will not refund the value of any garments if the wrong size is ordered.  Please refer to our FAQ section for sizing info.

Rayjus garments normally take an average of 4 weeks to be delivered from date of artwork approval.  If you have a deadline to make, please make sure it is at least 5 weeks away.  Rayjus will not refund the cost of the garment if you did not place your order in time. Rayjus will try and accommodate in any way we can to assure that you receive your garment in the time stated. However, we will only refund up to 50% if the garment is already in the manufacturing process.

Rayjus Color Values:

Rayjus has our own set of standard colors determined through hours of research. We will not be responsible if you don't feel a color is for example is (Blue Enough)  If a specific color is needed from a PMS chart or a CMYK value,  Rayjus will match that color as close as possible to that Value.

Rayjus reserves the right  not to refund costs if we deem any error within acceptable guidelines.
